SENANG
PROGRAM

The SENANG program is all about YOU, gaining insights into yourself, training your self-awareness and taking charge of your life and happiness. Together we focus on: 

 

  • Reflection: Gaining clarity on your behaviour, your values and desires.

  • Self-awareness: Understanding the pure version of you and what your personal mission is.

  • Action: Taking the next steps to create the life that energises and fulfils you.

 

In our society the level of stress and workloads are very high and mental health issues are unfortunately a common problem that many people have to deal with. We are overwhelmed by so much pressure in our daily lives that sometimes we forget take charge of it.

 

I firmly believe that being aware and taking care of who you are, what you do and what you like, will contribute to living a life that is according to your terms. A life that suits you and makes you happy. Moreover, this will contribute to lower stress levels, and better performance in all elements of your life, such as your family life, your social connections and your work.  

 

This program contains 3 modules with 6 personal 1-1 coaching sessions over a period of 3-4 months.

 

Highlights of the program: 

  • Investigate your MBTI personality profile (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

  • Learn about your natural strengths and how to use them more

  • Determine your core values and mission in life

  • Evaluate your current life and use the insights obtained to take action

MODULE I
WHO AM I - MBTI 

In this module we will briefly investigate your personality type. We will use the MBTI model for this (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), which is well-known and often used worldwide. After this session you will know what your personality type is, what your strenghts are, what brings you energy and how you operate as a person. We will examine your current behavior, and find out what comes naturally to you and what has been trained over the years (nature vs. nurture). Next to that you will gain insights in other personality types to obtain a better understanding of how different personality types operate in life. This will help you to better understand your environment, improve collaboration and deepen your connections.

MODULE II
MISSION - CORE VALUES

What truly matters to you? What is most important to you in your life? These are difficult questions, right?  Although you could easily answer them generically with answers like love, health, family and friends. But beyond that, what makes your life authentic, what is typical for YOU. In this module I will help you to identify your true core values and your personal mission. I will use different tools and techniques, that will give you a clear view and a deeper understanding of what matters most to you.

 

When you know your core values and mission you can use this information as your personal inner compass. For instance, when you have to make big decisions, check whether they are in line with your core values ​​and mission. Will they be supported or will they not be respected? Besides that the inner compass could tells us a lot about our feelings and behavior. Often, when we are very stressed or fed up with something, we are touched in one of our core values and our mission could be at stake. Being aware of these situations will be very helpful in taking charge of your life.

MODULE III
SENANG IN LIFE - ACTION

After obtaining insights and creating awareness in the first two modules we will have a deeper look into your current life. How is your personality type embedded in your daily life and how are you living up to your mission and core values?  We will address different topics and go through the big questions such as:

  • Are you using your energy wisely?

  • Are you playing up to your strengths and talents?

  • Are you living up to your potential?

  • What daily struggles do you face?

If there is anything in particular you would like to discuss, specific topics or situations there is room for this in these sessions.
